Customer service is quick, friendly and helpful. Fast shipping. My product came with clear instructions, everything I needed to get started, and a thank you note. I have no complaints with the company.
I started my experiment a few days ago. So far there are no issues. I like that my order came with experiment tools like paperwork for documentation on my findings. This is very helpful. I also like the little bag and labels. Everything you need to succeed.
Great quality but shipping is always terrible. Even when I’ve paid for priority my shipment is always later than the ETA given at checkout. And not late by a day or two I’m talking 5-7days later than estimated.
